I have a degree in Ecology and Wildlife Conservation and have a particular interest in freshwater habitats and semi-arid ecosystems.

 

My interest in nature started at a very young age in rural Wales.

I have always loved reading books. I am passionate about the natural world and more recently how humans and wildlife can co-exist in harmony. I would describe myself as a curious author who loves exploring different topics.

In a similar way, I enjoy public speaking and aim to present interactive talks which helps my audiences to understand how they can help both themselves and their local wildlife.

I have lived in the Sahara, sub-tropical Belize and in South Africa. 

I enjoy a broad range of music, reading and gardening.
